MILLENNIUM TERMITE & PEST is a licensed and bonded General Contractor with over 35 years experience and has employees that are trained in structural repairs. If any wood destroying organisms are discovered during your inspection we can implement an effective repair plan. Professionalism, knowledge, understanding and concern are some of the advantages when using MILLENNIUM TERMITE & PEST.

Using a reputable company that is licensed, insured, and in good standing, not only with the Contractors State License Board, but also with the Structural Pest Control Board and the Better Business Bureaus (BBB), is very important. What most people don’t know is that these types of repairs involve specialized training and experience. The average contractor/handyman does not have the training or experience that is necessary for these specialized repairs. Our company has a strong supervision and follow-through process and all of our repair specialists have many years of specific training including extensive in-house training.

In addition to the repairs being structurally sound, and matching that of the original construction, it is important to find the cause of the damage and correct it. Our company is also licensed and trained to chemically treat surrounding wood members that have been infected by fungus. You must have your repairs inspected every step of the way, which we will gladly do at no additional charge if we have been contracted, since we will already have licensed team members working on and supervising your job.
